Stacy M. Moldenhauer, Partner

Stacy M. Moldenhauer is a native of Beulah, North Dakota.  She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history, magna cum laude, from Concordia College in 2005.  She received her J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2008.

Upon graduation, Stacy served as a law clerk to Justice Daniel Crothers of the North Dakota Supreme Court.  She is licensed to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota.  She practices in the areas of family law, administrative law and is a court appointed mediator for the South Central Judicial District.

Stacy resides in Bismarck with her husband Chad and their children, Mason, Cameron and Alexis.
