Austin T. Lafferty, Associate
Austin is a native of Mandan, North Dakota. He graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In the fall of 2012, Austin enrolled in Law School at the University of North Dakota. Austin was an active member of the School of Law community, participating in many activities, including serving as Justice for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and as a member of the North Dakota Law Review. Austin graduated from law school in spring of 2015, earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude.
Prior to coming to Smith Porsborg, Austin worked as a Legislative Intern for the 64th Legislative Assembly, and as a law clerk for the North Central Judicial District in Minot. Austin currently resides in Mandan.
