Santana R. Royer, Associate
Santana is a native of Crosby, North Dakota. She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2013, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Studies. In 2018, Santana received her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law, graduating with summa cum laude honors, a member of the Order of the Coif, and a member of the Order of the Barristers. Santana also received a specialized certificate in Indian Law. Santana concluded her time at the UND School of Law as Editor-in-Chief of the North Dakota Law Review for Volume 93.
Prior to starting at Smith Porsborg, Santana served as a law clerk for the East Central and Southeast Judicial Districts, working closely with eight district court judges and two district court judicial referees.
